CareMonkey allows the school to automatically collect electronic medical and emergency contact forms from parents. Parents can include medical conditions, medication requirements, provide medication instructions and attach a plan (eg. asthma plan) from their GP.

Permission forms for school activities can be circulated and signed online with reminders for completion.
